About Big Rail Diversity
The Big Rail Diversity Challenge event provide a unique platform to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the rail sector. Through engaging activities and challenges throughout the day, organisations can experience firsthand the value of diverse teams and inclusive cultures.
A diverse workforce brings fresh perspectives, drives innovation, and strengthens collaboration. Companies that actively embrace inclusion create environments where people from all backgrounds can thrive and succeed together.
Big Rails Aims and Objectives
Launched in 2016 within the rail sector and designed for team-building, networking, and fun, the challenge brings together diverse teams to tackle mental and physical tasks. It demonstrates the real business benefits of an inclusive workforce and promotes EDI.
The Big Rail Diversity Challenge is an all-inclusive event blending It’s a Knockout and The Krypton Factor elements.
The event highlights the positive impact of diversity by uniting professionals from all levels from undergraduates to CEOs to collaborate and problem-solve. It provides a platform for organisations to showcase their commitment to inclusivity while reinforcing the importance of diverse perspectives in driving industry success.
