Launched in 2025 within the construction sector and designed for team building, networking, and fun, the challenge brings together diverse teams to tackle mental and physical tasks, demonstrating the real business benefits of an inclusive workforce and promoting EDI.
The Big Construction Diversity Challenge is an all-inclusive event blending It’s a Knockout and The Krypton Factor elements.
The event highlights the positive impact of diversity by uniting professionals from all levels from undergraduates to CEOs to collaborate and problem-solve. It provides a platform for organisations to showcase their commitment to inclusivity while reinforcing the importance of diverse perspectives in driving industry success.
