About Project
The Big Construction Diversity Challenge (BCDC) was created to promote teamwork, inclusion, and diversity across the construction industry. Developed and delivered by Nimble Media, the event brings teams together through engaging activities designed to encourage collaboration, communication, and a more inclusive workforce culture.
Challenge
BCDC needed to establish itself as a standout annual event that not only united industry professionals but also clearly communicated the importance of diversity within construction. To support growth, the initiative required strong event delivery, a dedicated website, and strategic digital marketing to increase visibility and engagement across multiple channels.
Solution
Nimble Media’s events service handled the complete delivery of BCDC, from concept and challenge design to logistics management, partner coordination, and seamless on-site execution.
Nimble Media also designed and developed the BCDC website, ensuring intuitive navigation, clear messaging, and integrated registration functionality to support participants and sponsors.
To maximise reach, the team provided ongoing digital marketing and social media management, creating targeted campaigns, promotional content, and consistent messaging that amplified the event’s purpose, increased online interaction, and strengthened brand presence across platforms.
